We’re very excited to share with you a new listing here in Bucerías. But before we do, we also wanted to take a moment to celebrate a big milestone for us recently, which is that Daniela completed her first real estate sale!


Daniela is a member of AMPI and also the owner of  BeachLife Properties, our real estate brokerage here in the Riviera Nayarit. Over the years, many people have already come to know Daniela through her work in hospitality, vacation rentals, customer service, and property management.


What has been especially rewarding to see is how naturally those skills have transferred into the real estate profession. Attention to detail, communication, organization, and helping guide clients through important decisions have always been a major part of what she does, and those same qualities now continue into helping buyers and sellers navigate real estate in Mexico.


We’re also excited to share that we’ll soon be featuring the buyers from Daniela’s recent sale in an upcoming video.
